John Adams is a director and co-founder of Rekar Ltd. Through a varied career of more than 20 years (and some) in IT he has gained experience of many industries and worked with companies large and small. He enjoys operating at all levels within an organisation - from director to call centre employee to programmer - and is an excellent communicator.

He has, in recent years, specialised in Business Process analysis and automation, developing bespoke solutions for IT Service Management and Business Administration. He is excellent at leading teams made up from disparate organisations and getting results.
